Where is the event taking place?

Is the event timed?

The 5k will be chip timed, but awards will be in the form of the TOP 25 Runners male and female.

Are walkers are welcome at 5k?

We gladly welcome walkers to 5k. As a courtesy, we ask that walkers remain toward the end of the starting line.

May I bring a stroller to the event?

We are proud to host a family-friendly event, and welcome strollers. We ask that associates and families bringing strollers remain toward the end of the starting line as a courtesy to other runners.

Are dogs allowed at 5k

As a safety precaution for our event, we are not allowing dogs to participate in the run. Your furry friends are more than welcome to cheer the runners on along the sidelines!

Is there an age limit for this event?

There is not age limit. Younger runners are welcome and encouraged to participate. If the participant is younger than 18 years of age, we ask that a parent or guardian sign their waiver.

What is included with my 5k registration?

All registrants will receive a bib/race number, a WOB 5K soft-tee, and a WOB drawstring race bag! *shirts and bags will be given to per-registered runners. Walk up registrants will receive shirts and bags while supplies last.

When and where do I pick up my race packet?

Packet pick ups are on Thursday 02/28/19 and Friday 03/01/95 from 6-8pm at World of Beer - Westchase. 9524 W. Linebaugh Ave Tampa, Fl 33626 813-852-2337

Can someone else pick up my race packet for me?

Please email Dung To if you wish to have someone else pick up your packet. Most times it is allowed for family members. Please advise them if you decide to pick up their packets. dung.to@wobusa.com

What is the refund policy for this event?

WOB 5k will not issue refunds in any situation, including but not limited to: inclement weather, family emergencies, medical emergencies or event cancellation.

Will there be aid stations on the course?

Yes, aid stations will be located pre-race and at the 1 ½ mile point on the 5k course.

Is there a time limit to run the 5k?

While we encourage all runners/walkers to support the event, we would request that you be able to walk at least a mile in 20:00 minutes. We are required to open the run course up within one hour from the start. You may be asked to finish on the sidewalk if not able to do the pace required.
